But im not sure thats the point though. I mean why are people eating in such an imbalanced way i.e excessive copper/often low zinc and then having to look for fixes, it doesn't make sense to me ?

Just eat a majority plant based diet and a small amount of animal foods, then you wouldn't need to employ any of these patches and plasters to cover for these imbalanced diets in the first place.

The whole vegan diet, and raw vegan diet in particular is just a "patch-up" job of mandatory supplements and temp fixes because the diet isn't healthy to begin with.

I mean it never makes sense that you have to rely on supplements for a nutrient as basic as vitamin B12 and we can come up with all sorts of excuses, but the main point is that a strict plant based vegan diet cannot reliably provide vitamin B12.
