Temp,
I am writing a book. When I am done, I will share it with you. Until then, your questions require too much time to respond. All I ask is that you mind your speech, while you are still learning. Go tell the Shaolin monks that the vegan diet is dead. Ridiculous. Not everyone has to eat the same. You don't have to eat like a shaolin monk, nor do you have to be a shaolin monk. You don't have to study the buddhist sutras. Are you going to go tell a shaolin monk to eat like you? Stop trying to make absolute claims. Absolutism doesn't exist. Only the real monks are vegan, the outer circle that just want to learn gongfu are omnivores. Even if some monks have cracked to money, greed and political pressure, that doesn't take away from their successful tradition.

Temp writes:
No healthy diet is reliant on supplements.

I write:
It's all relative. When you consider that the average person on miminum wage eats conventional produce full of pesticides and factory farmed meat full of chemicals, and everything is turned upside down with meat subsidized and the healthiest vegan food is not subsidized, then money/resources does become an issue.

Take it or leave it, Temp. I'm not arguing. Just giving a tip on having harmonious discussions.
