Veganism as a diet is dead and finished

Temp, you need to mind your speech on a high raw vegan forum. Sproutarian is critical of nutrient-poor vegan diets, because he does want the vegan diet to succeed, and not die! Sproutarian is a vegan and supports veganism.

You are hurling exaggerated insults that reveals your ignorance about veganism. You might be familiar with some unsavory westerners, but you clearly do not know the rich history of veganism in the east practiced by high level cultivators. But even still, you are ignoring the incredible health of the whole lineage of Hippocrates Institute going back to Ann Wigmore. What meat eater achieved the level of health that Ann Wigmore achieved at her advanced age with her disease that she got on a standard american diet?

You clearly are not familiar with the vegan herbal traditions that have cured many "incurable" diseases. You just wouldn't be saying those things.

Go cure dozens of AIDS cases, the whole range of hepatitis viruses, the whole gamut of cancers, etc and then tell Dr. Richard SChulze how the vegan diet is dead and doesn't work. Oh, have you not done that? Well that is what Dr. SChulze did on the vegan diet for thousands of people.

Why doesn't the vegan diet work for some people? In my opinion, it is a money issue. Some people simply will not or can not spend the money to buy the necessary herbs, superfoods, proper foods etc to help their particular constitution.

You sound strange for picking on Brian CLement. He is one of the healthiest people I have ever met in person. His brain seems to work just fine with the vegan supplements he uses. Also the diet he recommends has so much variation: 75% to 100% raw based on a person's circumstances.

I enjoy reading a person's actual first hand experiences, actual case histories and actual knowledge. What I find ridiculous is when people start badmouthing things they don't understand. Can't people just contribute the knowledge about the tools they use, rather than just attack other people's tools? We don't need to attack mangoes when we describe how incredible wheatgrass juice is in healing the body. We don't need to attack sprouts when a person is momentarily excelling at their fruit and greens diets. We don't need to attack alkaloid containing herbs just because a person doesn't need them at the moment. We don't need to attack the mushroom family, just because to be effective at healing the immune system, most mushrooms need to be cooked. Just because there is something different out there than what you do or embrace, what is the point in attacking it if others find great utility in it?

So, please, Temp, stop attacking veganism. We are not attacking your meat and eggs that you promote, because we are not responsible for you... you are responsible for yourself. Look at how many years young orangutans live with their moms? So many years while they learn the jungle and what to eat. It takes years to learn how to properly eat, because tied in with that is also mental and emotional maturity to give up inappropriate foods.
