Especially considering there is pretty much no
nuts or seeds, we haven't seen many in the raw
food movement, who would thrive on such a
restrictive diet, especially in the long term.

Copper/zinc aside, i suspect the sample diet you
provided would be deficient or low in quite a few
nutrients including Vitamin B12, Vitamin D,
Omega-3 fats such as DHA, taurine, low in
zinc/calcium and being that these are all land-
plant based foods, there is likely little to no
iodine etc, certainly not enough to provide
enough dietary iodine daily.


I am unable to paste a screen shot of the
Cronometer but I was over 100% for zinc and my
copper was 2.4mg and my zinc was 9.2 mg.

I take 1/4 tsp flax oil (which gives me 6.3 grams
per day), a DHA and B-12 supplement and don't
worry about D since a deficiency is often from
Omega 3 deficiency or high cortisol from stress
and I make sure to get enough sleep and exercise
to lower cortisol levels.

As for Iodine, I have Iodoral but haven't been
taking it as I am undecided at this point.
