So I checked that same example I gave above and
used www.nutritdata.self.com this time. Every
single food I ate except mango had more zinc than
copper in it (oranges had equal amounts):

Copper: Zinc:

3 Heads Romaine: .9 4.2
3 Cucumbers .3 1.8
1 brazil nut .1 .2
2 cups mango .4 .2
1 cup blueberries .2 .4
3 oranges .3 .3
3 red bellpeppers 1.2 0
2 bananas .2 .4

Totals: 3.6 7.5

Ratio: 1 to 2

Not close to your "ideal" ratio, but it certainly
negates the this comment you made in your first
post:

"Adam hasn't taken into account the copper/zinc
imbalances, that come with eating a strict plant
based diet. The typical raw vegan diet contains
about 2-3 times the amount of copper to zinc, if
not more when you eliminate the only half decent
vegan sources of zinc such as beans, pulses,
nuts, seeds and even grains to a degree."

I had eliminated all those sources, was a
"typical" raw vegan diet and still came up with
almost twice the amount of zinc than copper and
was within the RDA's for a person my size.
