Where are you getting your data that says that pumpkins seeds have more copper than zinc? The following website says zinc to copper is 5:1 ratio in mg.

Also one serving of hemp protein (nutiva brand) is 25% of zinc.

I am not all raw, but it so happens that the foods I eat rich in zinc are raw (sprouted pumpkin seeds and sesame seed) and hemp protein. Like MM, I, too, eat a lot of romaine.

Anyway, thanks for keep bringing up zinc. It certainly reminds me of so many vegan foods that have been used successfully in curing diseases that are related to the immune system---and such foods that are sometimes ignored or undereaten by some vegans to their detriment.
