Vitamin K is in most leafy greens and vitamin E is in many nuts, mangoes and red bell peppers.

My daily regimen right now is:

1 Brazil Nut
3 heads romaine lettuce
2 cups mango
2 bananas
3 red bell peppers
1 cup blueberries
3 cucumbers

I call it my "Rainbow Diet". It gives me 100% for everything except B-12 which I supplement and sodium which I a not worried about. I also take a DHA supplement and 1/4 tsp flax oil every day.

My health is great and no teeth issues. Energy is good and when I keep Omega 6's super low I often wake up without the alarm.

The flax oil keeps my skin soft and my joints from getting tight after exercise.

If I exercise more I will add in more mangoes or bananas.
