Hi Michele. Very interesting stuff.
I would be interested in hearing some feedback on a larger
forum. I mean, I wonder how many other 811RVers try to meet
their micronutrient recommendations.
I wonder what Freelee and Harley think of this concept?
I guess Harley gets his selenium from pizza! Haha. Just joking.
BTW, The video I liked was the one where you talked about
cronometer, etc.
I was plugging in different foods and I noticed that kale has a lot
of vitamin k. So does carrot juice.
Kale is rather tough and hard to digest (and obviously so are
carrots) and so it all brings up the idea of juicing. I would suspect
you have become an advocate of juicing?
I am open to it.
I always loved carrot juice but I do not have a juicer and have not
felt it necessary as an 811er these last seven years or more.
But if one were really concerned with the numbers relative to
micronutrients then juicing would be a great solution........
You may have already done this somewhere but would you
present a list of daily foods that takes your micronutrient levels to
the recommended levels or beyond?
What would be your own diet regimen, generally speaking?
I assume you are still a raw advocate.
Where do you get your vitamin k and E?
Do you juice?
Do you eat any overt fats?
Do you consume any oils?
Has your health improved in the last few years? Have you
noticed a difference? I mean from using these methods.
