As for the RDA's, I would love to learn more about who set those and why but I can tell you that they are minimums at best and if we aren't getting enough I've seen people over the years run into real problems.

I do agree on the sodium and it's the one mineral I never even come close to being 100% on nor do I car to although if I attempted to I would juice celery, beets and carrots and get it no problem, but when I do it always gives me slight bags under my eyes which tells me I'm getting too much.

As for selenium, 1 brazil nut should suffice and be disciplined, Maltron, you can do it! :)

Calcium is a big problem among raw vegans and romaine, collards, figs and oranges are the best way of getting enough.
