It just doesn't come across as sincere or genuine empathy at all.

Every statement reverts to what a great job he is doing and how brilliant Doug is once again. He says ive just spent 100 days giving out all this health information at events and how rewarding it was for him. Im sure it was once again very rewarding for your wallet Doug.

It has always cracked me up, how Doug acts like hes a massive Samaritan, doing all this for free and for the love of health, when in reality he is getting paid a small fortune for his time giving talks at these events or holding 10k fasting retreats. Raw vegans are only capable of seeing people like David Wolfe or Matt Monarch as businessman, yet someone charging 10k for water fasting is a noble Samaritan. Where do these people get their sense of worth, especially without relevant qualifications and training ? Bloated sense of ego, mental illness or delusions of grandeur ?

Trust me Doug, your voice doesn't need to be heard and 1000s of people would have been significantly better off with their health if they didn't fall for your pseudo-scientific out-dated garbage information, not just Leah.

If people want to be vegan, then at least follow credible vegan, vegetarian or plant based nutritionists who can at least devise some resemblance of a balanced diet and are qualified to understand what supplementation that is needed to cover the cracks. Dougs who care attitude when it came to nutrients, is why 90% of those following his information got B12 deficient, emaciated, ill and malnourished.

Is Doug actually trying to be stupid here ?, he says he risks his patients health when other fasting centers have told these people that its contraindicated to fast for their health condition. His reasoning that he emphasizes with how ill these people are and how much they've tried everything else.

How noble of Doug, but these CUSTOMERS as he calls them are putting their trust in you as a doctor to know whether it will be safe for them to water fast or not. Im quite sure these people wouldn't be too keen on paying 10k to visit Costa Rica knowing that there was a high possibility of risk. Of which you explain how poorly Leah's health was prior to the fast, but obviously weren't aware of the risk involved. Which means you lack the relevant training and medical knowledge to spot these significant issues.

Risking peoples health on unproven and quite frankly dangerous therapies such as water fasting, especially when it is contraindicated for many health conditions, is just not acceptable practice.

Doug says hes keen to hear both sides of the story, which is again another lie considering he was just demoted as a moderator from this very forum, for censoring people like my posts.

I like how he tries to shift the blame and responsibility to Leah, by making out it was her job for knowing how long she should have been fasting or whether it was safe for her to continue for another day or not. Absolutely incredible considering he is meant to be the "doctor" or as he calls himself the "facilitator". No genuine acceptance that Leah was under HIS care and guidance.

What the heck were these people paying you $10,000+ dollars for Doug ?. They were paying you for your supposed "medical knowledge" of which you have clearly proven you have very little, im afraid.
