You are asking me to put blind belief in people you don't even know personally. Anecdotal claims are not credible evidence, even you should know that.

Bare in mind that its not my opinion, but what the scientific research concludes on vegan diets, i don't fund these studies.

If the nutrient deficiency concerns were wrong as you claim, then why are so many studies finding these deficiencies to be COMMON and in the MAJORITY of those following VEGAN diets ?. The fact these findings are in the majority shows you that not all of these people were just doing the diet wrong as you will claim.

Its a majority finding because the typical plant foods vegans eat are low or void in many of those type of nutrients such as vitamin B12, D, zinc, DHA etc.

You could eat as much fruit as you care for Gary, but its never going to supply these nutrients.
