Yes, extra extra clean when doing the rejuvalic. Keep it away from open windows and other people to minimise chance of contamination. Make sure hands and all glasses jars etc are spotless. Cover the container over with mesh and put a lid over the jar with just a little opening for air.

Ferments only need to be done 3 - 4 days per week to get great results.

Sprout juices = maintain level of 16 oz. Much better to do 24 oz. Optimal imo to do 32 oz...makes you zoom to the top like superman and stay there all day.
