By complete fruitarian i meant someone who just eats fruit.

100% fruit diets are even more problematic and nutritionally imbalanced than the likes of 80/10/10 or the typical raw vegan diet. That is what happens when you try to survive on a single food group, especially one that doesn't even contain all the basic nutrients we need to live.

By 80/10/10 and 30BAD i meant people who mostly base their staple food around fruit, but also consume some other land-based plant foods such as a limited selection of vegetables(mostly salad greens we see), nuts and seeds.

Again another diet with limited scope and balance of nutrients and not nutritionally complete(i.e lacking the usual vegan suspects vitamin b12, D, DHA, iodine(if not consuming sea vegetables).

When you are only consuming land-based plant foods then you are getting little to no iodine intake daily. Sea vegetables are the only reliable vegan source of iodine, yet they are not part of 80/10/10 or many other vegan diets. As such research suggests up to 80% of vegans may be deficient in iodine.
