Makes you wonder why 4 years supposedly into the 80/10/10 diet she couldn't even maintain her weight or the little muscle mass she had, yet now looks like she is sitting at a very healthy weight and appearance.

I say:

Yes Temp, l have wondered why myself. From thin to very full faced. What has changed? Has Christina spoken about the weight gain?

One question that often comes to mind is...when raw food leader people promote the 80-10-10 or natural hygiene diet, do they warn people of the high failure rate and advise people to exercise great caution when trying it? Do the diet leaders actually issue these warnings?

I always issue warnings on the dangers of the vegan diet because l want people to come into it realistically and to get prepared and do it seriously. You don't just do this casually and because it is the cool thing, this is a lifestyle which requires dedicated hard work to make work properly. Eventually it gets to a point where the raw lifestyle becomes natural and easy, but you need to work at it and stop comparing yourself to other people.

I hope raw food leaders are being fully responsible and warning that many people fail on the raw vegan diet, in particular a N.H diet. I see so many new people who are niave and come into it like lambs to the slaughter, and l think to myself...what are these raw leaders doing?...are they teaching them right?...are they warning them?...and sadly enough the voice in my head says `no', and l become more and more appalled at the state of the leadership and vow to never let people down in the way that so many have been by the raw food 101 leaders. Oh my...what a sad amateurish movement we are. *heavy sigh*
