Yes Gina, l feel the cornerstones of a strong diet are:

1. sprouted seeds (high in vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals) - a very strong nutritional base

2. sprouted greens (high in many protective nutrients that serve many different roles)

3. fermentation

4. omega 3 rich foods such as sprouted chia/flax to balance the omega 6's from the nutritious nuts and seeds.

5. seaweeds/alages

This is a flexible plan where we can add in fruit, grains and legumes as we please to suit our desires and individual make up.

We want to be able to get good nutrition from a variety of seeds as the base along with the certain magic from the FRESH greens that are high in phytochemicals (sprouts), but we need to implement balancers so we can continue to harness the magic from those high fat foods safely and keep everything in balance. Utilising the things above are very very important for creating good nutrient levels in good all serves as a solid base which we can then add other things as we please. Soon l will go into detail explaining how it all works together...nothing is added in by chance. This diet plan has taken years to develop to get everything working in good balance according tho the latest science, and it allows for flexibility to tailor to the individuals needs.

This diet idea l promote is so simple, yet it would take a book to explain why l designed it this way. This is my calling and this is what the higher powers have lead me too. But the real beauty is that is can be tailored to the individual and still retain high nutrient levels and good synergy. This idea is the most beautiful thing l have ever come acrosss by far and l believe in it 100%....the higher powers have done good by revealing this to me and l am going to promote this to the world, and hopefully some people try it and do well with it.

I always look for faults and have encountered various weaknesses along the way, but the higher powers have always lead me to solutions. We can fix problems with toxins, indigestable proteins, aldehydes, bad bacteria which are problematic with people with very poor immune systems etc.

The diet covers it all. Stronger body, more endurance and stable mind that is well fed. None of this angry snippy vegan stuff on this diet after a few years on it...gets one on the place where they need to be at. Some extra cholesterol, good levels of conversion to long chain omega 3's (good as it gets for a vegan diet), K2 etc etc. It has all the good stuff at good levels and in decent balance.
