>>How would you know if a client is experiencing this and really needs an enema?<<

If someone has a bulge in their belly and they haven’t seen any “old stuff” come out of them by the 2nd or perhaps the 3rd week of a “Solid Food Vacation” (for me it was ALWAYS on Day 10 or 11 and it varies from one individual to another), then that’s when we try a Colonic and/or a Psyllium/Bentonite Shake. I’ve had LOTS of students who were not seeing the “old stuff” come out when it should (and they had LARGE Bellies) see MASSIVE amounts of “old stuff” come out of them with the help of Colonics! And then, if they try the Psyllium/Bentonite Shake and the Shake doesn’t come out, then they probably have a stricture and need to use the Colonics, but if the Shake comes out and there’s nothing attached to it, then they may very well be squeaky clean on the inside.

>>Can adding solid food with fiber at this point instead of an enema be as effective?<<

No, because as soon as we eat something and put Solid Food in the stomach, it STOPS the Cleansing Process below. That’s why whenever we get backed up (constipated), we should immediately STOP Eating!

>>I've read that autopsies dont really show a great deal of buildup in intestines when dissected but will find that the inner tissue itself is diseased. I've also read that most of the feces is created by the body in the colon to help safely dispell toxins and it may not really even be what you ate at all except for undigested food substances and fiber but thats not all of what is in the feces. I could be totaly wrong here and was just kind of curious if you have any input?<<

Here is a snippet from my file on Scatology:

Normally, feces are made up of 75 percent water and 25 percent solid matter. About 30 percent of the solid matter consists of dead bacteria; about 30 percent consists of indigestible food matter such as cellulose; 10 to 20 percent is cholesterol and other fats; 10 to 20 percent is inorganic substances such as calcium phosphate and iron phosphate; and 2 to 3 percent is protein. Cell debris shed from the mucous membrane of the intestinal tract also passes in the waste material, as do bile pigments (bilirubin) and dead leukocytes (white blood cells). The brown colour of feces is due to the action of bacteria on bilirubin, which is the end product of the breakdown of hemoglobin (red blood cells). The odour of feces is caused by the chemicals indole, skatole, hydrogen sulfide, and mercaptans, which are produced by bacterial action.

As far as what some people see during autopsies, there is more than one version. Some people like Doug claim they saw nothing and others say they saw it all!

Here’s a possible explanation that I just recently ran by Doug about a week before he was given the boot and as typical, Doug seems to be incapable of an honest debate about anything that goes against his Belief System. I’ve tried to have an honest debate with Doug on this subject for over a decade and he just conveniently ignores me and I’m sure this is one of the many reasons why Doug has rubbed so many people the wrong way.

Hey Doug,

Could this be the reason why those 100 cadavers you looked at in school were so clean? Is there a reason why Conventional Medicine would not want our medical students to see what most people's intestines really look like?

“‘I have spent nearly twelve years working in the field of post-mortem diagnosis. I have seen many thousands of dissected cadavers. I have seen thousands of colons and intestinal tracts of all types of people and I want all of you here tonight to know that Rich Anderson is telling you the absolute truth. Everybody has it in there. We have a way of attaching a hose to the upper intestines and with the aid of powerful chemicals, we literally blow that “stuff” right out of the intestines. I have seen the heavy “beer belly” and so-called fat people lose all that bulk in five minutes. It wasn’t fat. It was the mucoid layers that Rich is talking about and in that filthy substance were all sorts of worms, bacteria, fungi, and many unidentifiable things. It is almost unbelievable that people can live with that filth in them. All these people were dead, of course, and it wasn’t hard to see why. You had better listen to what Rich is saying, and if you follow his program, you will certainly be glad you did.’” -Dr. Richard Anderson, “Cleanse and Purify Thyself - Book Two” pp. 57-58
