Agree with you on the greens. I include greens with almost all my
fruit meals. I have the same way of eating bananas as you….wrap
other fruits, such as individual grapes in leaves as well. I do better
eating this way than consuming a large green smoothie.

Eating a fruit meal without sufficient greens and I do not get
satiated, feel a bit off, like wired and irritable, and even at times feel
thirsty. Including sufficient amount of greens turns this all around
and allows me to eat raw/high raw and to feel balanced.

And I love how I feel with one or two green juices each day.

Will probably add back in sprouts.

I would love to include seaweeds, but I'm still not convinced they are
safe from the ocean's pollution, even after reading Sproutarian's info
he shared on his website. :)
