I am not 100% raw, but ... here a few suggestions you may want to consider to help you, which I wish I had known about.

1. I leave my raw vegies in the fridge in an airtight container and when I am ready to eat them I take them out of the fridge, rinse them in warm water for a few seconds to get rid of the bugs and also so they warm up - that takes the cold out of them, summer and winter. I do that with my kale, lettuce leaves, red peppers, etc. Something you might consider.

2. I use dulse flakes as well to sprinkle on my fruit and try and eat all my fruit with lots of greens so I am not jut eating high sugary fruit for stimulation. At first I wasn't keen on the dulse flakes, but now that I have gotten used to them i really like them, and they help satisfy me.

3. we have several different types of kale here. I only use the green curly kale.

4. I lived in Vancouver BC for a few years where we had unlimited fruit like pears, apples, peaches, etc - organic and even fresh from the tree, but stuffing themselves with these fruit just didn't seem to satisfy most of the raw foodists.

5. Try eating a dozen bananas chopped up and each individual piece wrapped in green lettuce leaves or with kale and see how you go! In the past just eating one banana after another never satisfied me so now I eat them mostly with greens, and once you have had a certain amount of greens your body says enough enough enough.
