Hey Gina,

Here's a website called Juice Recipe Builder https://juicerecipes.com/build/ , however, I would not recommend using this website as the numbers are way off from the table I created using Dr. Norman Walker figures from his book “Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices.” This website is also based on what you juice before you juice it and not after and different machines will yield different amounts. For example, a good machine might yield as high as 90% with the Leafy Greens, while a cheaper centrifugal machine may only yield 50%. Walker’s numbers are based on the juice and not on the produce before you juice it.

Walker gives the grams of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats, but not the calories, so all you have to do is simply multiply the numbers out. I've already done this and would be glad to email my table to you or anyone else who is interested. If you do this yourself, there's a typo for the Fat for Spinach - 10.50 should be 1.05. Obviously, they put the decimal in the wrong place, which is a common mistake.
