The sunflower greens are always the best, but a weekly or twice weekly sunflower yogurt is good for the unique vitamin K2.

I have posted Dr Finney's 72 page thesis at post #12 of the Sprouted Foods Is Best section of my site. Has over 300 refs. His thesis is old hat and moderately interesting. Some of the most interesting points he makes is fermentation increasing B vitamins up to 50% and soaking sprouting seeds greatly increasing mineral content of sprouts when soaked in mineral rich water.

If you have regular seed yogurts it is always highly advised to counter balance with a regular non fermented chia/flax sprout milk to keep omega 3's - 6's in good balance and have the coconut to greatly increase EPA/DHA conversion. Chia milk is not as tasty and may take a few times to get used to when first starting out but it is quite decent to consume. I quite enjoy my chia milk.

Fermented pumpkin seed milk is enough good one. But always good to add a high calcium food with sunflower and pumpkin yogurt to create a better balance of phosphorous with calcium.

Sprouted seed yogurts are always the best, fermented nut yogurts are the second best of the solid food ferments.
