In my naive and idealistic 20's, I once believed that once the masses became raw vegan, fruitarian, and at least vegan then the world would become a harmonious, peaceful, love filled place...

Turns out that vegans in general are the most mentally unstable, inbred hateful group I have ever encountered, something is definitely off.

There seems to be a fine line between too much animal consumption and no animal consumption as far as nutrition as both groups are unstable and unbalanced.

A really interesting book is "Tending the Wild" which illustrates the habits of all of the tribes that inhabited California before the White invasion. They intentionally planted and spread wild foods that naturally occurred in the landscape thus gardening the entire state on a wide scale.

Thing is, they cooked most of their food also and ate on average 70% plants to 30% animal foods. Seems about right, face it raw vegan staples are anything but natural. Last I saw on my daily hikes and runs in wild places, there is no romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, spinach, sesame seeds, beans to sprout etc. etc. etc....
While it is true that Hitler's doctors put him on a vegetarian diet to cure him of flatulence and a chronic stomach disorder, his biographers such as Albert Speer, Robert Payne, John Toland, et al, have attested to his liking for ham sausages and other cured meats.
