I do not know for sure because I do not live with Doug Graham, but I think that Doug eats 100% fresh raw food except for some raw dehydrated food like dried tomatoes. I am going from memory about the raw dehydrated tomatoes. To Doug, the stove is garbage. He sold his stove to someone who thinks that it was a treasure. I have listened to Doug's CDs in the car so many times that I can teach what Doug said, except for some detailed information like what affects calcium metabolism. He talks about avoiding talking about raw food at times when one is socializing, whereas I do not avoid talking about it. Similarly, he is avoiding talking about negative experiences at his fasting practice, whereas I would come out in the open because I do not have confidence in someone who is hiding things. I have confidence in the diet because of the logic behind it and because I have been doing it for 3-1/2 years, so I have first-hand experience eating raw vegan day after day. I look for patterns when I am not sure, and there is a pattern of covering up information, even to the point of lying and offering to pay an $8000 refund for a non-disclosure agreement with Leah Branster.
