You agreed in the video with Doug that if you don't eat enough fruit/sugar, you will end up eating cooked starch, alcohol etc.

Now you binge eat not only on cooked starch but manufactured candy, refined sugar to the nth degree, deep fried tofu, processed noodles etc.

Maybe it's time to concede that low-fat high sugar diets are not really healthy. Sure, they can help you run/bike faster day after day if that's your goal. Sure you may be slim from malnutrition but being A/Live is the ultimate goal. If you make it to 80 on this diet, I'd be amazed...
