I appreciate your inquiry, speaks good about your ability to question things, which is a quality I admire.

The recipes from those pages are not the reflection of my diet, but a collection of recipes I learned in my transition to raw, and used in the past, many of them with intention to try on my family and friends. You can even find a saurkraut recipe there. When is the last time I made it? Hmm... When my now teenage daughter was still a little kid. Think of my website as a historical account of my journey. My diet was high fat in 2003, and I progressed to a fruit diet and realized I was a fruit lover in 2004. Note that my more recent adventures are recorded on this site:
