l am so pleased you are now motivated to try
different things with your diet.

Very pleased to hear you will join my site.

The issue l have with terra cotta is that it can be
very heavy and the chia pets (so cute) are not big
enough to be of much nutritional benefit. These
terra cotta pets/plates may be o.k for some salad
green, but they are not good for sproutarians who
makes a staple of chia sprouts and chia grass juice.

I use two 16 by 12.5 inch trays for my chia meals
every second day. On the plastic tray l place
organic cotton cloth and put the chia on that. Then
l scrape the cloths clean and boil them (I post a
video soon about that).

Chia is one of the most significant foods in the
vegan diet. And no, not soaked chia, it MUST be
sprouted. Did people know the protein in soaked chia
is only 24% digestable on average?

Drink 8 - 10 oz of chia grass juice each day and
your spirits will soar higher than ever. The
gloomiest coldest winter becomes like paradise and l
find you will not feel the cold anymore.

Unfortunately, growing chia grass is hard work, but
the top draw treats are there for the folks prepared
to work hard in order to live the great life. For
those who still want to live the good life they may
compromise and do the chia sprouts instead of the
chia grass.

If people did a bowl of sprouted chia for lunch
every second day for 2 years and tell me how you
feel. You will be AMAZED!!! Chia performs so many
important functions in the vegan diet and l will
document them in time.

Chia makes grumpy humans into loving angels lol.
Stress is almost non becomes your
playground, l kid you not. Major stress-heads have
met their match with the mighty chia sprouts...that
stress melts away and any stressful situations are
easily managed and overcome very quickly.
