Certainly harley or freelee must know ONE PERSON to
support their theory that weight gain is the result
of metabolic damage.

I looked all over the place but have not found
anyone who gained like jennifer did , then lost the
weight. All those on rawtill4 facebook that I saw,
simply lost weight. There were some that I recall
on 30bad who gained weight and never heard from
them again. I am not talking about those people.

I am talking about ONE person who gained 40-60
pounds like jennifer described here (yes she was
thin, but that is not the point - and she was not
16bmi, harley, she was 16.9, I did it on two
different calculators) AND THEN LOST THE WEIGHT.

Why do I bring this up? Because harley keeps
saying it's all good, jennifer, keep doing what
you're doing, and someone else on this board even
attacked those saying that maybe she is eating too
much and focusing on calories too much. So am I to
believe that it's wrong to suggest that a 5 foot 7
girl at 175 pounds might be eating too much? you
must be joking.
