Tomato season here now and the farmers markets are bursting with
them, including heirlooms. So I make lots of tomato soup. Last night
I had a blended tomato/celery/cucumber/chives/cilantro soup with
mixed in little pieces of avocado (other times I substitute freshly
ground chia seeds for the avocado). It was so deliciously savory.
When available I also blend in a mango which gives the soup extra
