This is what riles me up about them. Not once
have I seen them publicly admit to something
wrong about their diet choices. They move the
goalpost whenever they see fit, but it is only
for themselves, not others. Can't people realize
that their empty dietary advice is ONLY based on
freelee's success? Harley's isn't really success
because anyone can get more health and fitness
not eating 100% crap food anymore. He's still
scrawny and is aging rapidly.

By basing an entire diet off of 1 person (or a
couple), this is EXACTLY what Doug Graham has
done. By being that egocentric, of course other
people will mean nothing in comparison to their
career. Hello people, this is their career. They
are fiercely protecting their image and youtube
earnings just as much as Doug is. Unrelenting.
Lying. Backstabbing. Yet for me saying these
words, they would call me a hater. What other
words can I use? No sugarcoating, right Harley? I
am one of many who sees right through the crap,
and it is frustrating that too many people
aren't. Wake up and be your own authority! Seek
information from MANY sources, and make your OWN
personal plan based on basic sense, logic, and
experimentation. And get blood and heavy metal
