Yes, I don't know where he got that from. I do not
know David and aside from my schooling at UNH I do
not have any alliances or affiliations with any
other hygienists.

As for the hysterectomy statistic, it's not just the
State of California.

In John Robbin's book "Reclaiming Your Health" on
page 124 Chapter 7 entitled "When in Doubt, Take it
out"
the very first sentence in the chapter starts with
this:

"If you are a women living in the United States
today, your chances of dying with your uterus intact
are less than 50/50".

The source for this quote found in the bibliography
is:

"Celso Ramon Garcia et al, "Preservation of the
Ovary: a Reevaluation," Fertility and Sterility 42
(4), October 1984, pp. 510-14 John Smith, Women and
Doctors (New York, Atlantic Monthly Press, 1992) p.
14, Christine Northrup Women's Bodies, Women's
Wisdom (New York, Bantam, 1994)p. 152.

As for adding animal products in one's diet, Dr. Pam
Popper who is a naturopath has said if one wants
animal foods then up to 5% in one's diet is the
"healthy threshold".

Of course ethical vegans will ask 0%.

However, Dr. Michael Gregor at Nutritionfacts.org
cites numerous studies showing just the opposite and
his videos are all about 4-5 minutes long. His solel
job is to read the medical literature and share his
findings with the public.
