I hope this will help you! :o) Start eating Sauerkraut (organic/biodynamic) from a glass. Mixed in a salad. Start drinking more water ( if tap water boiled) 1 liter mixed with half the juice from a lemon and a pinch of Himalaya salt. Drink a least 3 liters of this a day. Preferably start your day by drinking 730 ml fx.
Drink fresh vegetable juice 350 ml, carrot, ginger and lemon, maybe you could add some beetroot. Drink vegetable juice in the morning before eating. Make sure the vegetables (carrots and beetroots) are organic. Stop eating spinach, tends to be unclean and a little difficult to wash. Eating grapefruit as breakfast is a good idea, also eat raw garlic, two cloves a day. Drink herbal tea fx grated fresh ginger (1 teaspoon).
Stop eating raisins, often they are coated with an vegetable oil of some form. Stop using frozen berries, they often have bacteria, so eat them fresh after you've washed them. Washing your fruit and vegatables are very important, use 3% hydrogen peroxide, or apple cider vinegar Organic to wash them in. Berries are tricky to wash though. Don't eat to much seeds and avocados. Read books by Arnold Ehret and Alfred Vogel. Eat raw salads as dinner (use organic schredded cucumbers with celery, red and white cabbage, onions, garlic and carrots fx. Mix lemon juice in it with a pinch of himalaya salt plus a little avocado. Eat the salad with baked (no oil) sweet potatoes, plain potatoes or a pumpkin of some sort. There are many other things to do, so I hope you will read the books I recommended.
