Dear Paul G

This forum does not have a profile feature, but I am including the link to the page about me under my name from now on (and hope this it not going to be removed).

In my post I used my full name to enable search. On my website I make it explicit who I am (a scientist).

Further, note that my post contains zero medical advice, and on my website I make it clear that I will not give medical/nutritional advice, have no intentions to be anyone's guru, used the motto "Be your own guru" from the day I created my website in 2004, and have authored various articles promoting the application of rigor and critical mind, e.g. see
"Warning about the raw vegan diet"
"Harley and Leanne use science"
"How to exercise your most important body part".

In the archives and currently on this forum there are posts with medical/nutritional/health advice. My hope would be that in such instances, the authors provide a link to their website, which would contain full information about them, as discussed in my post.

Regards,
Gosia
