Hi Gosia,

In the interest of your point:

"2) When giving advice or voicing an opinion, be
transparent about who you are Leaders, give full,
truthful and unembellished details about your
experience and education. .."

I think it can be misleading to use the title
'doctor' on a health forum without specifically
saying that you are not a medical doctor. After a
bit of searching around I found that you have a PhD
in "Applied Probability" and so yes you have a right
to use the 'Dr.' title. But many may wrongly assume
that you are a medical practitioner in the context of
a health advice forum.

I think a disclaimer to that effect would be
appropriate in any post you make using the title
'Dr.' E.g.

Disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor, I have a PhD
in Applied Probablity.
