But over the long haul nutritional deficiencies seem to set in for most.

I saw so many problems in Hawaii with people living in the 811 community there and those that did not. Lost of 811 type raw foodists in Hawaii.

So most people won't be able to continue staying raw unless they make some major adaptations.

I mean it's crazy how many people I know who went raw but ended up quitting after 5 years or even 8 years.

Eventually they had to admit it wasn't working for them. And yet here I am chugging away for 13 years now.

Luckily I never treated the raw diet like a religion. I just found what worked and what didn't and adapted as necessary.

It's too bad what was being taught at the time was so far off from reality.

In the near future I'll be coming out with my new raw food system that actually works for the long haul.

And by the way, it's a lot easier to stick to than and cheaper than 811.
