Hello dear Dr. Graham,
A health professional who runs its own fast center recently
came up with a video about fasting and muscle loss and he said
something apparently different from what I've learned from you
about fasting, and also from Shelton's books about fasting.

He basically says that body relies on muscles to obtain
glucose for the brain, since there is no sugar available from
metabolizing fat but only ketones.

Is it correct or I missed something?
Can you pleas clear this up for me?

Thank you very much for your support and your invaluable time
Dr. Graham.
