If these people were curing their "adrenal fatigue" with short duration fasting i.e 10-30 days then id argue that they probably didn't have adrenal fatigue in the first place.

Adrenal fatigue often takes a few months at least of rebuilding the body nutritionally, resting and sleeping more, removing other stressors which may be keeping the body in a sympathetic state, balancing the autonomic nervous system, correcting toxic metal imbalances such as those involving copper/zinc, which is a very common bio-chemical imbalance.

Severe adrenal fatigue can often take 6 months to a year or more to fully heal from. Unfortunately there are no magic supplements, cleanses or fasts that can make you recover over-night from this condition, it is a state of degeneration and burnout which has taken years of pushing oneself to excess to cause.

It can often take up to a year to even replace certain minerals and nutrients in the body. Fasting on water only makes one even more nutritionally depleted and toxic, which individuals with adrenal fatigue are already suffering from.
