From: UVB light therapy for vit d and psoriasis? (

So we are now into June and still haven't had that many nice sunny days here in
Toronto. So basically have gone from August / Oct last year till now without
much vitamin D from the sun. I took one week long trip to florida in January
but the weather was pretty rainy the whole time we were there. Boo!

I was wondering if it's really a bad idea to get a narrowband UVB light (no UVA
rays) and do about 5 minutes full body front and back each morning at home.
I'd be buying one panel from the kind of machine they would use at clinics for
treatment of psoriasis, dermatisis, etc... which i suffer from all of these skin
conditions as well.

This company near Toronto actually makes these lights for the purpose of
vitamin d deficiency and psoriasis. Thoughts?

I'd love to relocate to a warmer client but unfortunately all my work is here in
Toronto and my girlfriend is pretty stuck here with her career at the moment as
well, so we'll have to make due.

I always have problems with taking supplements, doesnt matter what vitamin it
is it always seems to give me acne or sore throat or i have very poor sleep, so
im trying to solve this vit d and psoriasis issue in a different way since any diet i
am on it seems to stay put.

i've attached a link to the image of the light panel im looking at getting.
