Subject:         Too Soon For Hard Physical Exercise?

Along with starting the 811 program I joined a gym a month ago and started training again for the first time in years. I've just started reading Patenaude's Raw Secrets and he says that the initial detox can take between 4-8 months and "During this time it is imperative to sleep more, get plenty of rest and avoid hard physical exercise and mental stress until the energy starts to come
back naturally. From this point forward you can start exercising to build muscle and keep feeding yourself properly."

Would you agree with this and is it ok to be doing gym at this early stage? I guess I need to know what the definition is of hard physical exercise. I do feel better for the gym I am doing.
