Are you trying to start a flame war? This is the PC Room for Pressure Cooking. Not the PC Board for Political Confusion. ;-)

I use my PC because it is VERY fast, very simple, and very low fat and healthy. The flavors come out like they have been simmered in a crock pot all day. I came home last night to find that my girl friend did not make dinner because she was late at school, so in less than 30 minutes, from scratch, I completely cooked a very tasty, virtually no fat, split pea soup. The largest amount of time was spent cutting up the vegetables because I have a very dull kitchen knife. I tossed the ingredients in the cooker, cleaned up the kitchen and washed all of the utensils while the cooker was building up pressure. When the cooker hit pressure, I set the timer for 7 minutes, set the table, poured my iceed tea, and by the time I was ready it was done and I was on the couch, fat and happy, watching the O'Reilly Factor no more than 30 minutes from when I got home.
