You might be able to find a good recipe in a cookbook from there. I am much fonder of the grains. I like to eat multigrain breads, and I also throw barley and different grains into homemade soups , especially minestrone. Alot of grains suck up moisture more than white flour though so I would get a different recipe book especially for baking grains, because the ratios of whatever you use for moisture in baking are going to be different. You can't just swap strait across. The food won't turn out right. Also whole grains are a little heavier so you may need a different type of leavening agent, or more of it.
