Subject:         Diet for Hashimoto’s

I have recently been looking into diet as a way to stabilize my disease and
most web sites recommend a Paleo style diet. Is it safe to do a low fat
vegan diet for autoimmune diseases? I found one doctor who deals with
autoimmune disease, Dr. Brooke Goldner, who reccomeds a vegan diet
but, says the key to her success is high omega three fatty acids diet. She
recommends 1/4 to 1/2 cup of flax or chia seeds a day. I am so confused.
I just want to feel better and get out of joint pain.
