Hi Abby
I am off and on low fat vegan diet. I does lower risk factors for
heart disease, in my case amazingly so. I had a heart attack
and because of the diet I was able to get off of many
medications. But now that I have ben very well for a while I find
myself eating whatever I feel like. I have to say I had a lot of
exhaustion even when I was on the vegan diet. I used Dr.
Esseltyn's diet. That tiredness went away when I began
supplementing with some things including magnesium, b
vitimins, pea protein shake, vitamin d and a few other things.
Also I began to pray a lot. It is amazing what prayer to the Lord
can do for us when we need to be lifted up and feel our best.
And then I began an exercise program. Right now I am
struggling to get back on the program because I am finding it
hard to eat only vegan foods.
