Anything is possible. But it may be more likely that variations from one lipids profile to another are often just due to the wide margin of error in these tests.

I've seen three tests taken less than 15 minutes apart show as much as a 15% plus or minus difference on nearly all the items measured.

If the trend continues after three tests, six weeks apart, you're starting to get some data worth considering. Otherwise, it's not enough difference to make a decision on.
