Subject:         Using Lose It! to track nutrition

I've been doing pretty well on the diet, but realized I've been eating too many carbs. I tried the website and smartphone app, Lose It! It makes tracking foods pretty easy and gives nice overall nutritional reporting. I'm using fat grams times 9 to determine fat calories. Makes sure I'm at 10% or lower. Anyway, it's very handy. ...and free. :D
