Subject:         Safety first on CAD reversal.

Safety first. I believe that to reverse CAD diseases it helps a lot to exercise (I walk briskly 40 minutes a day). But let me tell you that Safety could come first. At least I will try to be more carefull than before.

1)I am taking more care these days walking those 40 minutes that Dr. Pinckney recommends to have heart disease reversed. No kidding, but in my neighborhood there are skates and bikes coming from the wrong way in one way streets. Many times in high speed, what makes the danger even bigger.

Other dangers are motorcycles running between stopped cars due to traffic jams.

Now on I will try just to cross streets in the corners and with traffic lights red for cars.

2)I will make sure that shoelaces are not long enough to touch the floor when not tied. I fell on the floor using ones that let me step on it. The immediate results were 3 stitches in my chin.
