You may be surprised to learn that many plant-based foods are rich in omega fatty acids. In fact, richer than many kinds of fish.

Here is a list of just some foods that supply as much or more than many kinds of fish except salmon (which is now of questionable safety).

Walnuts excellent
Oregano, dried very good
Cauliflower very good
Mustard seeds very good
Cloves very good
Cabbage very good
Romaine lettuce good
Broccoli very good
Brussels sprouts good
Winter squash good
Tofu good
Summer squash good
Collard greens good
Spinach good
Kale good
Soybeans good
Turnip greens good
Strawberries good
Green beans, boiled good
Raspberries good
Miso good
