As you know, we don't offer medical advice on this
forum, but I can tell you a few things that may help.

Almost nobody over the age of 18 is free from some
arterial obstructions. During the Viet Nam war, the
military did autopsies on deaths that were not from
obvious causes and found that the typical soldier
had significant coronary artery disease, with as much
as 50% or more blockage. There were men in their late
teens and early twenties. Almost none of these young
men had what was labeled as 'heart disease' and their
arteries were were NOT the cause of death. Granted
their diet wasn't optimal, but it does show that
almost everyone has some plaque.

Although a VLF, plant-based diet and proper exercise
has been shown to be the best prevention, genes and
other factors are also contributors, and each person
may have a different experience.

Letting oneself get stressed by marginal test results
will probably do more harm than anything else. I
cannot recommend any course of action except to put
the information you've been given into perspective and
find ways to lower the stress. (Yoga and meditation
have worked very well for me.)
