Angioprim is a commercial product that consists of three amino acids. It claims to be 'liquid chelation', but there's no evidence that chelation, which helps clear the body of heavy metals, has any significant effect on clearing coronary arteries. Nor is there scientific research that any of the three amino acids, alone or in combination, are effective for this purpose.

The statement at the bottom of Angioprim's webpage says it all:
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
