Subject:         Concern About Mustard

I consume a good amount of mustard each day. Yellow, course ground, etc. I
use if to make honey mustard dressing, put it on veggie sandwiches, use it as a
dip, etc. I estimate that I consume at least 1/3 cup per day. Since mustard is
made from the seed, and seeds have a high fat content, should I be concerned
about the amount I am consuming daily?
