I have always been a relatively energetic person, not into couch potato time and the like, and exercised a few times a week. Now, because of an incentive program that my work is offering (along with an online 'scorecard' to keep track, which really helps as my main problem is just forgetting!), I'm exercising nearly every day for a half-hour, occasionally a little longer. I would like to do an hour, which you alluded to in your post, but it likely won't happen until summer, as right now I have a full-time class schedule on top of two jobs.

The good news is that my waist does seem to be firming up a little just from spending some time each day in aerobic exercise. I lack the money to purchase weights right now but will consider it in the future when things improve (ahh, tax time). Also, that website that you posted was very helpful and gave me good ideas for basic exercises to add to my routine.

Nutrition - well, vegan diet helps, and my work adding a "five fruit/veg servings a day" to its incentive program helps too! So I should be ok there.

Thanks again for all of your suggestions; they were very helpful and encouraging. :)
