I ended up with 75 minutes on my new toy yesterday. Have already done 42 minutes this morning, and will do more workout later. Today I was watching "Mr. Monk Meets Dale the Whale" on my little tv in front of the gazelle.

I also have a recumbent bike which is in the living room. When my husband is watching tv, I can be there with him but still exercising.

Leslie is fun and I have a bunch of her videos. Have been moving with her for 10 years now.

I also like doing the 8 Minutes in the Morning exercises from Jorge Cruise.

If you post your exercise every day, it will help keep you moving. Especially if you know someone is reading your posts.

My goals are just to keep moving, to keep my weight under control, and also to keep any arthritis at bay. I am 53 and have to think about these things.

I have been wanting to get a body bar, but think I will have to be content with the dumbbells for now. I've already spent enough $$$ on the tv and gazelle, and my husband bought a nice home gym with stack weights that he has been wanting.

Tell me something about yourself. Maybe we can post here regularly and encourage each other!
